i never knew so many people played (or even knew) about bust-a-groove.  i thought that only a handful of people knew about that game... ah well... glad to know that people still have good taste :P

i'm thinking of deleting my previous entry cause i feel the opposite of that now...

though i'd like to keep it as a souvenir of actually writing something when i was in that kind of mood

worth watching: yes (just be prepared... cause it's long, but it didn't feel long to me)

another sequel: maybe... if the box office says $_$

johnny depp: is love.  watch this movie for him

orlando bloom: looks better as a pirate than an elf

do you know how hard it is to find the howl's moving castle book? ugh

the worst was when i saw another book by the same author

i need my howl fix

so, i think it's safe to go back to the cinema

all in all, lucky you was just so-so...

if you're an eric bana fan, and love to just STARE AT HIS GORGEOUS FACE, then what are you waiting for? go to the cinemas now.  right now.

drew was okay, but then again, go for eric bana

YOU KNOW HOW MUCH I'D WANT HIM TO STARE AT ME LIKE THAT? he's got a really hot stare.  not to mention he looks so hot when he's kissing (i wanna go to the belagio)

by the end of this movie, you would probably know a little thing or two about gambling

i wanna see eric bana in an aussie film with his aussie accent.  yay

before you read this, you have to know that i don't like the spiderman movies.  the cartoon was waaaaaaaaaay better cause i didn't read the comics either ;P

basically, if i thought spiderman 2 was utter crap, spiderman 3 was... crap.  so, it wasn't as bad as i thought it would be

the worst part was when this group of noisy teenagers sat behind my family's row, and the noisiest one was behind me! that was the first time i really wanted to punch a girl.  but since i didn't like the movie, i didn't see the point of stopping them

gewn stacey looked so much younger compared to her role in "lady in the water" (which i did not get to see).  her hair also looked like a wig

i've been dying to see this movie ever since i heard of all the awards it got.  i got a little discouraged when my tita said she got bored, but...

i loved it

it's in spanish and it's subtitled, so don't panic.  i hate it when they dub foreign live-action films

it's got a kiddy plot but it's NOT FOR KIDS.  you cannot imagine how much blood there was in this movie

what i didn't get was why they translated this as pan's labyrinth when clearly, the faun did not introduce himself as pan.  haha

i love the faun

you will love the faun

the monster with the eyes will scare you.  you cannot imagine watching this alone

it deserved all the awards it got.  i wish it got more like best foreign film

so what i'm trying to say is, go see it, but see it with an open mind and don't think of it as a kid's movie.  it would be advisable to see this with friends with whom you can scream with

trivia: it received 22 minutes of applause at the cannes film festival

just finished "pattern recognition" by william gibson.  a few minutes after, i find out it's being made into a movie.  great.  i don't think i'd mind as much, but how i'd wish hilary swank would be cayce, or even kate beckinsale; daniel wu or daniel henney (i know, i know, biased) as boone

i hope it will be a good adaptation

i'm back to my reviews! i haven't been able to watch a movie in the cinema for weeks or even months, so i watched 300 today

in one word, it sucked.  i really don't get what all the hype is about.  i mean, all that happens in the movie that they fight.  just about the whole time.  it was so monotonous, i couldn't help being bored.  i kept thinking to myself, "i could be watching the pursuit of happyness right now... or even nana... or... anything but this..."

the only thing that made the movie worth it was... david wenham!!! i didn't know he was in it, so when i saw him, i screamed.  not only him.  but the son of the captain was cute too.  in fact, i think everyone in the army looked good, except for leonidas.  haha.

and when i saw xerxes, "'di ako bakla" kept playing in my head.  but in reality, he's good looking.  just look for his pics

other things i wanna add:
-300 is just basically guys fighting in their underwear
-the "dance" of the oracle was pretty
-david wenham
-the ending credits were so cool

i can't believe i actually survived today without talking or talking back.  haha.  i don't even know why my throat started hurting the day before

i got home and my temperature was 38.9. i went to see my doctor after that

bad move.  he gave me an antibiotic to take three times a day for a week! note that my body hates antibiotics.  i get a really bad case of diarrhea.  *sigh*

this is seriously like dying already.  i think this is worse than getting th results of my physics exam

so, don't expect to see me tom.

so we finally finished what we had to do for talaban last night, or make that today at around midnight

hahaha. i'm so happy we recovered that deleted file

now i can officially start my christmas break. whee!
